Craft Cocktail Class as seen in
805 Living

Sip virtuously, and let us show you how.  Savor the enjoyment of learning to create an artfully crafted cocktail using natural tonics, elixirs and nectars that encourage well-being.  Our Distillery, Eric Olson, combines his foraging passion and conviction to extract only the purest spirits, creating cocktails enjoyed with a little less guilt.

Take a different approach to creating and serving up craft cocktails that are unique and entertaining. This class can be enjoyed both hands-on or as a spectator and is being offered on two separate days.
